I’ve shopped here for YEARS and unfortunately the customer service has gotten awful. Telling someone to “just shop online” because “i don’t know where it is” and you don’t want to look for it, is lazy. I’ll continue to shop local at boutiques that actually appreciate business and don’t let teenagers with no customer service skills run the store with zero training.
Edit: I LOVE how I’m being told the staff was trying to “help me” by telling me that. She didn’t tell me anything. She said “i don’t know where it is. Order online”. She could’ve said “it’s in the warehouse.”

Maybe have staff communicate if somethings no longer in store, instead of saying “i don’t know, just order it online” while standing with their arms crossed. It makes your staff look lazy and I’m not the only person who’s had issues with the new staff being rude.
One employee actually communicating, would have prevented Tori from missing out on multiple sales. Considering we went in for LSU, valentines and QOS shirts.
LSU headbands aren’t just football season. Last time I checked there’s gymnastics, baseball, basketball.

I’ve shopped here multiple times before, it’s such a cute place and I have bought some cute pieces here . I shopped in store on New Years Eve and my only issue is, the girls on the floor literally follow you the entire time and stand there while you look at every item . Right after you touch something on the clothing rack or shelf they come behind you and fix the shelf or the rack. I understand keeping the store looking beautiful but maybe wait till the customer is finished shopping or wait till end of day to reset. They are behind me perfectly spacing the hangers after I look through a rack and walk to the next to only follow me there is insane ! I was literally scared to touch something in there .

My wife has shopped at Obsession for years. But everytime she goes in; the new employees are so rude. Leading her to shop at boutiques in mandeville only now. She went in last night, with her sister and my mom. My mom wanted to get her some more headbands.
She asked where the LSU headbands were and the employee said “i don’t know. Probably in the back. But idk where they are so just order them online”
Apparently it’s a HUGE inconvenience for these teens to do their actual job.

Just saw your instagram post trying to hire models. I find it strange that you're looking for models over the height of 5'5...for a boutique whose clothes are like 'Justice' for adults, I suggest disregarding those requirements because a lot of people in town already think the clothes are awful, so getting rid of those requirements might just help get you more models and buyers who are under 5'5 ;)
