If I could give this office a 0 I would. I’ve been seeing NP Leigh Pierre along with the rest of my family for over a year now. Been a patient of this office for 15 years. Never had a problem. Stacy T Medical Assistant I have a problem with lieing on my PA for my medication PURPOSELY getting me denied (she threatened to not do my PA) claimed she didn’t get the PA from the pharmacy or the insurance on 6/8. Now having problems getting a NEEDED medication. going on 2 months of not having it. Stacy is extremely rude because I asked her to do the PA over the phone claimed she couldn’t bc she had to call the pharmacy bc that’s her “process”. Verified with pharmacy she never even called them. Amazingly after that I got a denial within 30 minutes and all bc she simply lied. I have made a complaint with the “office manager” Ty , who tried to tell me the question was something different and she didn’t do it on purpose (I verified the question through insurance) and the director, Jennifer has refused to call me back in regard to my complaint. I have filed a complaint with insurance and north oaks. My family and I after 15 years will be finding another physician elsewhere.

Nurse Practitioner Leigh was so helpful at my first visit. She explained everything that was going on so well , and she wasn’t rushing me and listened. The next appointment I had I was seen by Dr.Raphael, he was so nice and he’s also a great listener, and helped me understand my problems. I would recommend anyone at the office as I’m sure they all would be very helpful, understanding, and caring for you as well.

Have used NOFM for 20+yrs. I had a wonderful Dr. He retired.I was put w/another Dr. who denigrated my previous provider.One visit w/him was all I could endure. I now see a NP @ NOFM who is great.Making an appointment or trying to talk w/a nurse is an exercisein patience. Maybe it's time for new Management?5 stars to my NP. Everything else deserves < 1 Star.

I have a really bad experiences in the past with doctors. So when I was recommended to North Oaks Family group I was very hesitant. However Mrs.Leigh is amazing and literally goes out of her way to make sure her patience are taken care of and have what they need. I’ve never met a nurse practitioner that cares about there patients as much as she does. I highly recommend seeing her.

They have a lot of AWESOME Dr's...and the nurses and staff are excellent..
