Good pharmacies like this wont last forever if you keep using Walgreens and CVS. They even compound, which the big chains don't do because they are about quantity not quality.

Mannino’s Pharmacy has seriously gone above and beyond to help me tonight! I was looking for a compounding pharmacy for a prescription and started calling around and it seemed like everywhere I was calling was saying it would take a few days to get the compound done. I called Mannino’s and spoke with Vincent, who told me he could get it done in a day. My doctors office didn’t call it in until late this afternoon and they didn’t call all of the details in… Vincent started reaching out to get all of the information and then offered to stay late to get it made and wait for me to come and get it!! I am beyond happy with the service and from here in out I plan to use Mannino’s pharmacy whenever possible.

I moved to Hammond about 1 year ago and I had difficulty finding a pharmacy that could fill my prescription. I was told to try Mannino’s and so I went to see if they could fill my Rx and take me as a new customer. Unfortunately, they did not have my prescription in stock either. Fortunately, however, I was helped by Vince, one of the pharmacists. He explained the shortage to me, and even told me to check back with him in a few days as he would see what he could do to help. When I did check back, he remembered me by name and somehow was indeed able to fill my script. He told me they would be happy to take me as a new customer and I have gone to them for all of my prescription needs ever since. The staff at Mannino’s is always working hard and I’m always greeted with a smile or asked if I’ve been helped. Its rare and refreshing to be treated like a valuable customer and not a hassle; to be known by a business by your name or to be asked “how have you been?”. Mannino's is an above and beyond local pharmacy, and a real gem in the heart of Hammond.
