I went to Lindsey's nails completely unknowing and didn't know what to expect. I walked in and immediately there was a lot of people and some of the nail techs were in the back talking on the phone or eating. I was taken back about 30 min (I didn't have an appointment, don't make one it won't make a difference) and I had a refill and a missing nail. The nail tech that I had was nice but didn't talk a lot. I picked a regular nail polish color and sat down but he talk tried to convince me to get gel or dip which is an extra charge. I just got the gel so that he would stop trying to convince me. The color i wanted was in gel but I did notice that the other nail techs were definitely looking at me strange and didn't make me feel totally comfortable. I don't know if I would recommend. But my total came out to $40 which is a little pricey. But if you want to spend a lot and have semi low quality this is the place for you. UPDATE: I went back about 30 days later to see if it would be any different and I was wrong. I went with two other people to get our nails done and we waited for over three hours. It was so long we heard their playlist replay twice. TWICE.

Terrible, terrible terrible. I will never be back again. Nails are complete trash.

Service is terrible, but I find that with many nail places in the area. Common sense is that if there is a wait, you give an estimate on how long and don't ignore a customer waiting for 45 minutes. It's really like you're invisable. Not going back.

My husband and I went in for pedicures together and they wouldn't even acknowledge we were there. I get that they were busy but to not even look up at us to say hello or we are to busy to take you, I thought was extremely rude!!!

Not horrible, but not good either. Nice people but not very skilled. Only massaged my feet and legs for like ten seconds for my pedicure and paint job wasn't very good either. The water was also only like warm and when I asked them to heat it they just added a splash of hot barely making a difference. Oh and they did designs on my two little girls nails and it looked like it was done by a child. An untalented one.

I love this place! I have lived in Ponchatoula/Hammond area for 10 years and needless to say I've been to every nail salon in town and this is the only place that is good! Their quality is great. Once they get to know you they will start to open up and talk a little bit. My daughter (10 year old) goes in there and they spoil her. They are just amazing and sweet with her. I have a hip replacement and my leg that I over use has major foot issues. Their pedicures are amazing! They will spend 20-30 mins just massaging and making the circulation better. Also, when I want my nails done they do an awesome job there. They show their skill by always ensuring the gel is perfect! I highly reccomed this place!

This place is amazing!! The staff was very friendly and began doing my nails in a timely fashion. The pedicure was so relaxing! I got the one that was one level above the normal one and it comes with a hot wrap around your neck and your choice of scent for your lotion. The manicure was awesome as well! You get to dip your hands in warm wax that moisturizes and makes your hands sooo soft! I also got my eyebrows waxed and they did a great job with that as well. I felt so pampered and refreshed after I left!

Great experience for me. Friendly and pampering nail salon. Mani and pedi for under $50. Clean, nice massage chairs, heated neck roll, massage, and hot wax paraffin for hands.

This place never answers the phone. in addition, the service is horrible. I went last Friday to get shellac gel and was chipping by Wednesday. I went to the Mgr and got my nails redone and wasn't charged anything. I am not going back better prices but not good service!

Ty was very nice and professional. I came here since she moved locations from Livingston. I usually just get a pedi and she always has me walking away happy.

I went in for just a polish and got shellac. The paint was literally peeling up from the cuticle within 12 hours. She finished painting at 6:00 pm and when i got up the next morning it was peeling up. So it was overnight. Not like i was putting my hands through hell. What a waste of $17. I will never go back.

Apparently this spot is under new management, and I desperately wish I could teleport them to Atlanta. Hailey did an awesome job on my gel manicure. If I lived in Hammond I would only let her do my nails. Anyway, go go go! I loved this place and they do a great job and are extremely well priced! The facility was spotless, and very well maintained, too.

I don't know if they do a good job but when I walked in there there was such a strong smell of body odor I couldn't stay so I turned around and left the place also looks dirty and old
