I came and got my nails done here in december and they were amazing and lasted forever. However thats the only reason for the 3 stars. I went and got them done this past Friday with a friend. Its been exactly 7 days and 5 of my nails have popped off without me even noticing. For paying 100$ for a fullset and pedicure, i expect my nails to last a little longer than 7 days as i dont get to have them done often. I work from home on a computer, i had them done very short. There is no reason they should be falling off like this. I understand people make mistakes, im just very dissapointed.
Update: dropped to 2 stars as ALL of my nails have fallen off and its been 9 days as of today. Absolutely dissapointed

I went to get my daughter nails done for her bday they were cute had minor mistakes in the design then 3 days later her pinky nail came off she had gel nails.. will not go back for the amount of money I spent

They are extremely rude and do terrible work I brought my daughter, her friend and myself to go get our nails done. One lady yelled at my daughter who literally jumped because they hurt her they hurt her and told her not to move they made her freaking bleed

Today, the service was horrible. I went in for a medi n Pedi that took almost 3 hours and my nails look like my 8 year old niece did them. The gel polish looks see threw and no it's not the color choice. They did what they wanted and not what I asked for. The tech painting skills is low level. I usually tip, however, they did me dirty so NO tip today. And they did NOT practice good sanitation today. LA STATE BOARD needs to pay a visit. Will not return.

They practice illegal nail procedures. The place is filthy. They tried ripping my old nails off instead of soaking them and drilling them off. They reuse the same files and clippers for everyone without sanitizing them. If you want to get free std’s here this is the place to be. Kims nail’s needs to be condemned.

Never returning!!! The older man had very nasty attitude!! I told him short coffin and he made them so thick! I highly recommend Don at Lindsey’s Nails

If there were a “O” that’s what I’d rate this place!! Took my 14 yr old daughter for a pedi/mani. I called before going to get prices! Was told $25 -$30 for basic. I walked in with my daughter and told the male tech that I wanted a basic mani/pedi for her! Now I’ve told him more than once!! I’ve decided to walk next door since she was gonna be a while. She has $100 and came back with $5?? I walked back in and asked and they said she got gel! I asked her and she said it’s not true and I know some of these places push gel cause it’s more $$$ in which is what they done! I ordered and they gave what they could make more on! I asked for the owner and go figure, she was behind the lady I was talking to this about and with a very NASTY ATTITUDE…. Said, “ she got gel! Again, not true but you just robbed my daughter by putting gel cause you wanted more $$$.⚠️ WARNING!! If they did this…. No telling what else they will do for a $$$ .

I like going to Kim's but sometimes she'll put some of the workers on there that you can tell they have not been doing nails at all they're in training and my thing is if I'm paying $40 $50 to get my nails done I wanted to be professional looking this last time that I went I was not pleased with them at all and normally they do do a good job this time it was awful
