bought a gift card for my wife for $170, when buying there is no notice of them expiring. she went to redeem and was told they are not valid after a year.

Im very disappointed in the response I received from customer service. I had a severe allergic reaction to a product that was used while they applied the lash extensions. I went on vacation right after the service and my eyes were swollen almost completely shut. I contacted them and sent pictures immediately, and just as a common courtesy as a customer of theirs I asked if I could have a credit towards any other service for the inconvenience since my eyes were swollen on vacation. I contacted management and was told there was nothing they could do. I’m sure there was something they could do if they wanted to for the money I paid, they just don’t care about my business, so I definitely will NEVER support this business again.

Best spa and ONLY of its caliber in Hammond. There is no other place around that has a completely immersive spa experience. I recommend adding lunch to enjoy after a massage. I will continue to enjoy the amenities here for years to come

Got my hair cut, a facial and massage all in the same day. The staff members were very nice. My facial and massage was amazing. Although, while getting my facial, there was a machine constantly ticking the entire time which made the experience a little less relaxing. The place could also use some updates on decor. But overall a nice experience.Service: Spa services

Hands down best salon in town!!!! Alesha is literally the bomb!!!
