There was no salesperson to help. Went to buy clothes but was never approached by anyone on the floor. I guess shopping has changed. I miss the salesperson being there to assist.

Kasey was so friendly! He was polite and courteous and when I brought my item to the counter I wasn’t sure if they were on sale and he ran across the store and found out for me. Great experience with a great person!

Nothing special about this trip. They had my size available in everything I wanted to try on. My only gripe is the cashier was pushing the JCPenney card on me a little too much. When asked if I wanted to apply for an account, I politely said, “No, thank you. Not at this time.”. She kept on and on, listing a few reasons why I should definitely apply for a card today. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. Do they make something off of each new account created during their shift? Idk, but it’s definitely annoying.

Went in search of dress shoes for a teenage boy. After some store hopping we found shoes here and at a pretty fair price. Not only was the pricing good, the cashier told me to pull up a coupon that made the pricing even less! Next time I will make them my first stop.
