Drove 40 miles to find out that they only have 1 person that can put charms on a bracelet and that person is not there. You would think that a place that sells mainly charms that HAVE to be put on by them would have more than 1 person that could do the charms. Not a happy person right now. Also my charm was bought online not from the store.

Mask required, even with health condition, or they tell you to get out and they don’t even care to accommodate to keep your business. I only needed to drop off a necklace for cleaning. Was excited to see Lufkin get a JA but I have bought my last piece of JA jewelry.

Today 4/26/2020 I placed and order online for contactless curbside pick up. I placed my order at 2:20 pm and it was ready at 3:10 pm. I had a very large order about $350 worth and it was ready in an hour. I was very impressed. Everything single thing I ordered was in a gift box nicely presented in an individual gift bag clearly labeled. The woman that brought my order was very friendly even given the social distancing rules. She placed my order in my backseat thanked me for my order and told me to have a great evening. I’ve order a lot of things with contactless pick up and this was by far the most pleasant exchange. I still have several charms on my wish list and will definitely be marking a few more off soon at my local JA. My only regret is that I didn’t catch her name.
