I thought I made an appointment on line with a specific stylist at a specific time. On the day of the appointment I tried to call the salon to confirm as I did not receive any type of appointment confirmation. Their phone system routedme to an automatic voice. When I selected option three to speak with a stylist The automatic voice stated the number had not been set up to receive messages. The phone never rang directly into the store. This is very poor customer service. I will be taking my business to another salon where I do not have to deal with an automated system and I can speak to a live stylist. The call was made during business hours.

Wonderful, knowledgeable, courteous and Friendly Staff. Great comforting environment. (Ms Ell,) my stylist, was amazing. I was skeptical about her doing a woman of color hair, but she calmed my fears and reassured me with her Professionalism. Afterwords gave me a GREAT PLATUIM BLeach and Dyed with several treatments, and whata you know!!! She was correct, color came out GREAT,and HEALTHY LOOKING. I look forward to my next visit to Fantastic Sam's and my new stylist Mr Ell.Thanks to the whole FS Team and Staff. You guys are the BEST?

Pictures does not even come close to giving this hair justice!! First haircut and color since I lost all of my hair due to cancer, and I couldn’t have chosen a better hairstylist ❤️ I told her I’m putting my trust in her, and she has full access to do whatever she wants with my head ?? This girl does not know it yet but she’s stuck with me forever now ???? Destiny definitely has some blessed hands ? and a blessed heart! I’ve never had such an amazing haircut appointment ever! It was a whole vibe! It was like we were family ?❤️ Thank you once again! She made me cry in the salon and all the way home ❤️❤️❤️?

I went in around 11 am on a wednesday, and got waited on right away. Ms.Elia was so sweet, she has a great spirit and did every thing i asked for. She done partical hi-lites and all over color and i am inlove with the results! Def would recommend seeing her for all your hair color needs(: oh! And Bonnie done my eyebrows and slayed! Thanks fantastic crew

Laura did an amazing job with my hair today. I can't express my gratitude enough. Due to personal reasons, I typically have a lot of anxiety and discomfort going to get my hair cut, especially from someone new. It may seem like such a small thing to most people, but for someone like me, visiting the salon can be an uncomfortable experience. I have had some very awkward and horrible encounters in the past that led me to avoid haircuts out of anxiety, but I will definitely be returning and asking for Laura specifically. She made me feel comfortable and normal, and I LOVE the outcome. Great haircut, great conversation, great experience.

the worst service I have ever had in my whole life! I went there to get my hair done for my wedding and the lady was so rude and unprofessional. I walked out and didn’t even have time to go any where’s else to get my hair fixed for my big day.

Destiny did an amazing job both Thursday and yesterday for my hair. I went in for a trim and style and ended up booking with her yesterday for a color as well. She did a wonderful job and discussed options and suggestions for me and it worked out beautifully! Highly recommend her from now on!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
