Overall, the store was clean and the majority of the staff were friendly. However- one employee, I don't know her name, but whoever the top-knot wearing larger female restocking the cooler section was- needs some serious lessons in customer service. I was headed down the cooler aisle and there were two cooler doors wide open- I moved out of the way so that a male employee could get past me and then pushed one cooler door closed with the buggy (nobody was behind the door, she was at the next door down, very limited space trying to navigate through). As soon as I did this, she slammed her cooler door shut and started berating me for being rude; I responded and said I didn't effing mean to be rude (said in a laughing way because curse words are a natural part of my conversation and not meant in a harmful way) to which she responded not to cuss her out (which I didn't) and that she would ask me to leave if I didn't stop cursing at her (again one word in a sentence, not a stream of curse words directed to her or about her). I tried laughing it off and saying it wasn't meant that way but she wasn't interested in hearing any of it, telling me whatever and she didn't care and just to stop talking and go somewhere. I understand that cussing in conversation is offensive to some people but it's just the natural way I talk and in no way did I curse her out or say any further curse words from that point. My issue is that she immediately wanted to go ten toes with me for simply closing a cooler door that she was not working behind in order to get down the aisle and continue shopping. The customer may not always be right but the customer should also never have to be verbally attacked for trying to navigate a store in order to purchase items which then support the employees. I'm a pretty down to earth person but this was completely unprofessional and not appreciated at all. Will NOT be shopping at this location ever again.
