They are super sweet and very easy to work with. They got me in my car and driving off of the lot within 3 hours. I couldn't have asked for better service or better people to work with. I am super happy with my purchase and look forward to working with them in the future.

I'm new to hammond and Cashio's came to me through word of mouth (the only way to find a mechanic). Really fast turnaround, it was repaired the next day. Good communication and Bobby was friendly and courteous. Price was on par with what you'd pay elsewhere (NEVER trust a cheap mechanic), but it was really good work, fast, and there wasn't even a hint of trying to upsell me on work I wasn't looking for. I recommend them and I'll be back to them if I need a mechanic.

Don't bother trying to get an inspection at this place past 4:30. Even though the sign on the road and the sign on the door says 5. I've had issues in the past with this place too but thought I would give it a try since my regular place closed. Never again.

Went in for a tune-up, somehow ended up with a new motor said i would have a 4 year warranty but wouldn't run good backfire through cold air intake took to ford dealer he pointed out bolts that weren't tightened, I wouldn't bring back even with warranty

I brought my truck in for a simple tune up, their mechanic broke a spark plug, dropping porcelain fragments in the cylinder damaging the heads when they fire it back up. They are charging me an additional $2400 for the repairs they have to do. My truck was running fine, it was just time for spark plug replacements now they have had my truck for over a week. I told them I am going to lose my job because of how much time I've lost but all I hear is "We'll try and have it for tomorrow" The manager is very polite and acts concern but has refused any liability. A honest shop would have admitted their mistake and made it right, not this place. To be fair they said that they are paying for the machine shop to look at it and aren't going to charge me for any fluids that need topped off. Cashio's reputation, locally, has been steadily going down over the few years. I should have listened to my neighbors.As of now, they still have my truck and I'm hoping they do the right thing.Service: Engine repair
