They are pitiful. I had a 3 line Family Plan. All lines got disconnected after I asked them to remove the 3rd line only. Still out of service after 6 hours.

I totally regret switching from MetroPCS to boost the speaker is very weak and I went back three days after I switched over and they would not give me any options for another phone so but then a week I will be switching over to another carrier
