I've always went to this location never had a problem until today. For starters they all were sitting outside when I pulled up. Then asked well are you getting a new phone today I replied no. Then asked are you making a payment I replied no. So one of the workers whispered well what's she here for then. I told them I just wanted a replacement for my broken phone. They told me I didn't have any insurance. Long story short they lied and was very unhelpful and rude. I've been a loyal customer for years but I will never go back to this location.

The two young woman that work in this store are absolutely wonderful ?!! Jackie is the sweetest most helpful person I've ever encountered. Lorena was so pleasant and honest about all the phones and their specifications ❤️. If you ever want honest, professional service come to this location. The store was clean, the people are awesome. Parking is a little hard to find but other then that COME HERE FOR ALL YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Went there to have my new phone turned on they were supposed to close at 5pm I got there at 4 pm and they were already closed overall I love my service with boost I'd rate them a 5 but that store in Hammond Louisiana is a huge disappointment

The worse place EVER!! They should just not be open if the employees don't want too do the job . I swear, they look right at you and lie. Well first you have too wait for them to get out of their vehicle to be not helped. Obviously selling phones is not high on the daily to do list. As I look at the amount online ( on their webpage) they try to over charge me. I do believe that is theft. Don't waste your time with this place.

They are OK. I've been with them for 4 Years now. I'm satisfied with them. Only downside is I get terrible service going through wooded areas.
