I am from out of town and needed to order flowers for a funeral in Hammond. I picked Birdie’s from a list of flower shops in the area - and I am so glad I did. Ms. Mary was so kind and could not have been more helpful. I told her what my budget was and explained what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was beautiful and delivered well before the service. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Talked to a very nice lady, and told her what I needed. Told me call back once I picked out the one I wanted. Called back, left two messages, never returned my call. So I went with 1-800-Flowers. They never disappoint.

I ordered a Christmas arrangement for a hospital patient, I paid $100 for it, it was terrible!! I could have went to grocery floral dept and got that for $20.. did not even have a ribbon... a very big disappointment & embarrassing... I will never use again!!!!

I ordered a basket for a relative for a birthday to be delivered and it was never delivered and they needed this because they were in low spirits. I accepted that it wasn't delivered but i have not received a refund and she did not even offer me one. All she told me was to initiate on my end. If you didn't perform a service you should be happy to deliver a refund to an unhappy client,

Called on a Friday around 10am and had to leave voice mail for whatever reason even though they were open. Explained needed funeral arrangement for Saturday and no return call at all. Not even a return call a week later to apologize for not returning the call . What kind of business does not answer during business hours or return phone messages???? Pathetic
