My experience started off shaky with my initial service rep, but David, the Service Manager, stepped in and got the job done!

Waiting over an hour in their hot waiting room for a simple tire rotation. $41.36 total.
The other Ford dealership charges $20 plus tax.
I also had my F-150 serviced at the same time: oil change, wiper blades, and buying an engine air filter that I’ll put in myself—$179.27!
No free bottled water or snacks? Do better, Bill Hood!

Service department here is terrible. We own a luxury certified pre owned. Had to explain the perks to the service guy who helped us. Rented a car bc of course no loaners. A week later we are told the car is ready to be picked up only to get there to find 2 things not done. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time and energy wasted at this place.

This dealership is very unprofessional. The staff have no sense whatsoever of urgency or customer service. They told us to drop our SUV off for 8am on a Wednesday morning. We called them on Friday morning(2 days later) and they told us that our vehicle wouldn’t be looked at until Monday of the next week. So I ask, why did they tell us to drop our vehicle off if they knew they were just going to let it sit there and didn’t have the manpower to service us. These businesses are all about locking you in and taking your money. They didn’t even ask us what was wrong with our vehicle but kept telling us it’s $175.00 an hour to diagnose the problem. If you’re looking for quality service you definitely won’t get it here! I do not recommend, please save yourself the headache and money.

I don’t know what the service dept has against my center console but anytime I went for my oil change for my new truck the leather cover kept getting worse as if someone was pulling on it. I only went to get the free oil changes that you get buying a new vehicle, but I wouldn’t have done that if I knew the employees didn’t give a damn

I highly recommend Bill Hood in Hammond for any of your service or vehicle purchasing desires. That people are very kind , understanding , extremely helpful and even washed my car when returning it to me.

I bought a 2024 Mustang GT from Bill Hood Ford last week. The entire sales team was very helpful and always honored their promises. When I actually got there to sign the papers, everything was as they had told me it would be. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I was contacted multiple times after the sale to make sure I was satisfied. Altogether a great experience.
