Made an appointment for today as a new client which they canceled, said they will try to fit me in with someone else making me wait all day. Never reached out to me, I had to text them at their last hour opened asking if I was going to squeeze me in to get a nope. So unprofessional. Will never try them again.

Rachel gave me a perm that resulted in my head and scalp being hot and itchy. I called her the next day. My call went to her voice mail. Rachel never returned my call. I had told her previously that I have allergies and told her which perm wave product works well on my hair. She used something entirely different. My hair starting breaking off because of the brittleness. My scalp and head were bothering me so much I called the salon and spoke with Landy. He said I should put a can of 7-up on my hair. I called another salon where the woman told me that it sounded like my hair was over processed. She suggested using a deep moisturizing. It has worked well and has helped my hair, scalp and head so much. May 11, 2021 is when Rachel did this. Also I have had my hair permed and colored for years. Rachel took a long time to do my hair because she was on her cell phone / social media a lot.Service: Hairstyling
