overall good place. they're clean and professional. they well with nail appointments but cancel most times with massage appointments. they did offer to compensate for the last couple's massage appoint for my anniversary but when we tried to schedule they said we waited too long to reschedule :/ They're the only place I will bring my little girl. they are super sweet to her and she feels special every time she come. she always leaves with a smile on her face and that's the reason I'm loyal to them. They lost some good people but the new techs are getting better and they seem to take criticism well. I wish they had a reservation system to text when your turn is like restaurants because somwtimes the walk in time can be long but you can't leave or shop or anything because you will lose your spo

Bellagio has came a long way, they don't have the best nail techs as far as being up to date on designs, but, they have great service & that's what important to me. They're the place you're going to get the best service in Hammond. So every time I come to town this is where I go. Give them a chance & also speak up if there's something you don't like. They will fix.

This business is not professional. They do not offer the services that are listed on their website. They have the salon stylist doing their facials. When I called on several occasions I was never informed of this change. Danny had an attitude when I did not want the service. I will never go back ever. Then to add insult to injury my credit card info was stolen and used to buy over $600 worth of pizzas. SMH...

I called this salon bec I was new looking for a new place. I told them over phone what I wanted done and they said they should look at my hair when I got there to figure it out. This place is fancy in the hammond mall. No one was in there for hair only nails. Three people looked at my hair confused what to do. Even with an appointment the only person that sounded like he could help was leaving and the other girl said I’ll try but no guarantee. A professional salon can’t help me. One said he doesn’t see many blondes walk in to do there hair. Really. Went to front dedk. No manager available. I was told we have the right to say no to doing someone’s hair. Really. Do not go here. Walked out crying.
Went to Ponchatoula to a salon named Xpressions. I walked in no problem. We got you
They said we will do this and this. No doubts and hair looks awesome. Just like I wanted. Please don’t go to this place. They don’t know what they are doing.

nails were bumpy and came off within 6 days, nails had hair in them, and they were uneven.

My nail tech, Hugh (not sure of the spelling, sorry…) was PHENOMENAL!! He listened with great intent, was friendly and seemed to know exactly what I wanted! He took his time and made sure each nail was to his specifications! I’m so pleased with my nails and I’m looking forward to seeing my “(wink-wink) therapist” again soon!

Never found out why this place has such a good rating. Sat there for a hour and a half and was told I was #2in line but I won't be seen for 3 to for hrs after sitting there for that long. The receptionist was rude as he'll. If you don't have an appt don't bother.

Completely avoid this place.
Your staff should be concerned with making clients feel comfortable and beautiful NOT shaming and disrespecting them while doing their nails.

Nails look horrible they're all uneven and the lady rushed through and barely even looked at my inspo pic. Don't go heat unless you want to pay $65 for bad nails.
