I purchased this bed and took the picture from the warehouse. When we picked it up on Monday after them staging it, it had a deep cut on it by the bottom drawer next to the handle which was clearly not there (picture prior to purchase see attached) When I spoke to the manager Charity stated it had been there that's why the bed was discounted even though we were told it was just an old prelease. She said that the picture was a poor quality picture and all sales are final. I would be satisfied with an all sales final if it was in the condition it was sold in when I purchased it prior to staging. They are dishonest an will not get ANY more of my money. I'm glad I found out before I furnished the rest of the house. Go to American Freight they stand by their products.

I have been a loyal Aarons customer since 2011 and my experience has always been great, until recently. I don't think I'll ever do business with the store in Hammond ever again. I had a lease agreement that I recently paid off and towards the end of it, I was going through all of my payment receipts from over the last two years and realized that I was frequently charged a $10 “in-home visit fee." I looked over my lease to see why I was being charged this fee. My lease stated, "if Aarons hast to come to your home to collect a renewal payment, you will be charged a $10 in-home visit fee.” In full disclosure, I was late each of these times but paid a $5 late fee each time.. I later found out that the in home visit fee is automatically added to your account 6 days after your payment is due. During the two-year agreement, Aarons and only been to my home twice (I know this because I have security cameras and they left a note on the door) but never to collect a payment. I called the store and spoke to the rudest woman I've ever encountered at an Aarons store. Her name was Marva. She proceeds to tell me that I'm lying and that Aarons has in fact came to my home 15 times although she couldn’t provide me with the dates. I told Marva that even if they had come to my home 15 times that still doesn't explain the charges because the lease states that I would only be charged the in-home visit fee if Aarons had to come to my home to collect the payment. I can prove that a payment was never collected at my home, because all of my payments were done online through the Aarons website using my debit card. In the end, Marva agreed to remove half of fraudulent charges, however I feel like all of the charges should've been removed as they shouldn’t have been there to begin with.

Very helpful and polite. The delivery team is awesome and spent a little extra time to make sure our refrigerator was hooked up properly! Definitely will keep coming back

Don't buy GE washer, had it for over a yr, washer goes out and rep tells me that the warranty went out January 18, then say I should have call, it went out Sunday, they get your money and don't honor no warranty

Called asking about a laptop. Whoever answered the phone was rude didn’t want to tell me which gaming computer they had in store without a sku I gave her two different numbers and she told me that’s the same computer WHICH CLEARLY WASNT. So I’m taking my business else where. THANK YOU

First and foremost let me start off by saying the customer service at this store is impeccable. A few months ago my washing machine went out and I needed one ASAP. I'm a mom of 3. I went online and filled out the application and a day later 2 of the nicest delivery men installed a brand new washing machine, in my chaotic home mind you. They did leave the box, however my kids made use of that.. Fast forward to today and my heating element went out on my dryer, Again! My husband made one phone call and spoke to the Most Patient, Thorough, Perzon by the name of JAY.. Jay walked my husband through every step and quickly and calmly answered his ALL of his questions.Thank you So much for your Patience and Kindness.?

The worst!!!! Their warranty is only for 30 days and rite after that my brand new refrigerator started to break down!!! And I called to see if I can get it looked at and they said no!!! Nothing better then express rental purchase!
