Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The owner Rick is very patient and excellent at his craft. The staff is also very friendly, and Tori was a delight to work with. The finish on the slab table and chairs we purchased not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The entire process left us feeling extremely satisfied.(The legs were purchased on Etsy)

Be very careful when listening to the sales person. She told us delivery would be included and the incorrect price when we purchased. She never gave us a write up and once delivered we're hit with an extra $800, based on a written order that we never saw or received. Very sneaky and not a honest company. Also had the incorrect name throughout the paperwork, but blamed it on being in a "rush." We will never purchase or refer to this business again.

I'm not sure how to rate this place anymore. I love the American made dresser we got so went back for a "custom" table. Embarrassing to admit that we paid $600 for a table looks like $200 off of Wayfair. My husband brought the table back to adjust the legs cause they were uneven. Fine. He picked it up (I should have gone but that's a different story) and brought it home with it looking worse. The paint work was horrible. What would you do?

Sad to say these people lost a customer. Purchased a table in early Dec. Was told it would be 3 weeks. Call in Jan, where is my table- 3 more weeks. Call back in Feb - where my table 3 more weeks. Finally 3 months later my table was at the store. I had to call 3 more times in a 2 week span to get the table delivered. When delivery guy came, I asked about care- no instructions on care. They sell items -very expensive- but provide no care instructions. But he was instructed to get the balance. Some sort of discount should have been offered for the horrible service. Lost a customer who has a whole house to furnish.

I bought a small pantry for my kitchen. Extremely well made, a nice piece of furniture that I am happy to show off. It's soooo much better than the processed wood/particle board pieces from other places. I will be buying more from them.

I really wanted to like this place. The sales lady was wonderful. The furniture is a great value. But and this is a huge BUT for me since I'm a hospital worker. Mask compliance is NOT a thing here. When I mentioned to the gentleman "where are your masks??" I was MOCKED and laughed at. Nobody put on a mask. This is UNACCEPTABLE. It is insulting to me and every other health professional working during this pandemic. I'm pulling all stars for the mockery and rudeness.

Excellent experience with everyone at the store. We purchased an oak bookcase and had the stain color matched to our existing desk - perfect match! We also purchased one of the live slabs and had it made into a magnificent table and have 4 chairs stained to match. It is absolutely beautiful. Cannot recommend this business any more highly!!!

Amazing selection of wood furniture. We bought the most gorgeous dining room table. Can't wait until the next time I go shopping. The owner assisted us and was very knowledgeable and kind. They delivered my table for a very reasonable price too. I'll be going back for sure.
