I absolutely love this Hancock Whitney bank location in Gretna! The staff is so sweet and friendly, definitely recommend!

The service was so terrible in Algiers that I drove over to try this location, but it was closed despite their website saying it was open.

CLEARLY said at the door Monday-Saturday.. but NOPE.. just drive through (THE SLOWEST EVERRRR).Today made me finally change my mind and WILL GO with a different bank after 17 years.Horrible, horrible bank .It used to be a good one.
