This place is wonderful, both the attention at the reception and the attention of the doctor with his assistant have been spectacular, super attentive and loving, in addition to the excellent surgical work they performed on my dog, and the affordable prices, I am very grateful to have taken my dog to this place.

All three of my dogs had great routine service for 5 years and then when I needed an urgent visit was told it would be one week before my dog could be seen. I was let down when I needed them the most. Disappointed and do not recommend.
EDIT: You did NOT offer multiple appointments. Only one which was 20 minutes from our conversation time and I wouldn't have been able to make that one with travel. I specifically asked about next day and was told nothing for that day, not until next week. I promise I am not lying. You are not being truthful. I even said I was working night shift and could come next day. I was told nothing was available until next week. I've been beyond pleased until now.

Vet came highly recommended. Yet I was highly disappointed. After I told the vet that my dog wasn’t the type to eat foreign objects he still insisted that I let them run X-rays even though I knew it was unnecessary. Furthermore he administered anti nausea medication without my consent and then proceeded to charge me an astronomical amount for it citing “my large breed dog”. Tons of miscellaneous charges on top of everything else I was charged for and not discussed with prior to with the exception of the bloodwork and office visit costs. Asked me what kind of food my dog was fed and when I said a mixture of dry and raw he responded “store bought wet” in a very judgmental manner-then gave me 2 cans of veterinary food, which had animal byproducts in it and all I could do was laugh at the judgement passed on me for my “store bought raw food” but then I was given animal byproduct food. His demeanor towards me, and his assistant with him in the room was gruff, unfriendly, and pushy. I felt like I was being hustled and that the bill was being padded. I didn’t leave feeling like my dog had been treated for what I was bringing him in for but for dollar signs. I will not be back

I wish i could give this place more than 5 stars. They took such good care of my little guy (Jason) and were very reasonable with the prices and military discount. Sadly, he didn’t make it since we found the issue too late, but Danny took the time to write us a letter giving his condolences. Thank yall so much for being so caring and patient with Jason ❤️❤️

My Jack Russell and a racoon chose violence one morning and the ensuing battle left her with a gruesome eye injury that ultimately resulted in an enucleation. They got that eyeball out lickety split and I'm not sure my pooch even knows it's gone. Was quite affordable too. -1 ? because they used to have funny stuff on the sign out front and it's been a while since I seen it. I know there's a writers strike going on right now so maybe that's it.

We switched vets to Westside in late 2022 and I cannot recommend them enough. They helped us through a heartbreaking lymphoma diagnosis with our young dog, and were understanding, kind, and compassionate through it all.Dr Gordy helped us do what was best for our beloved dog at every step, and I am very grateful for the love he and everyone else at Westside showed to the very best boy.
