My package said it would be here TODAY and now it’s saying “At Pickup Point”. Now I have to reschedule my delivery date because these people don’t want to do their damn job. This the WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Abandon all hope Ye who enter here! I scheduled an appointment for a passport, as per instructions, had form already filled out, brought copies and originals of my driver's license and birth certificate and checkbook (since they don't accept credit/debit cards for passports. Arrived 15 minutes early for an 8:45am appointment. Waited 10 minutes in line (which I expected). Its now 9:05am and she wants to know if I want to RESCHEDULE! Why? So I can go through this AGAIN tomorrow? This is where HOPE goes to DIE!

Horrible. Unfortunately, this is the nearest post office to my business. It is never easy here. Always long waits and incompetent people.

Horrible service, I asked a question, and the lady on the counter was maybe having a rough day she was RUUUUUUDEEEEE and started to complain about putting tape on the box as I asked her to kindly. The employee talks to people with attitude in front of the manager. Weak leadership ! (Not the lady with the glasses) it's an African American lady with short hair.

I had requested a resend and the package never arrived and I went to the office and they told me that the package was not available to pick up and they had called me to tell me that it was available, very bad service

Ms. Dee took great care of me when I came in for a passport photo and to send my renewal application off. She was very friendly and helped put everything together that I brought in an envelope and had me on my way! Thank you!

Horrible experience, the youngest employee who wears a blonde wig always places the maximum amount insured, so your package ? will never arrive in your country... she is evil, she writes whatever value she wants. DO NOT send international packages. They get lost. USPS Gretna does NOT work. Save your money.

Very bad, this office serves you very reluctantly and being empty, I don't want to imagine if it is full. I sent my email to an ICE detention and the person who sent me said I could pick it up at the office closest to that detention and did not include my address in case something happened to return it to me and give me my license with my exact address. It's just that since he treated me I felt his bad vibe, bad mood. Anyway, I lost my package and no one gives answers. Do not go to this office if you do not want to waste time, money and packages.
