$20 for a car wash and it didnt even full rinse off the soap.. went thru a second time. The soap was rinsed off, but even after going twice my vehicle still had bugs on the front. Also the guy that was supposed to be guiding cars in didnt even come out for the vehicle in front of me.

I once again visited the car wash yesterday the 13th. Another amazing experience. Everything I needed was there. Brushes needed to pre scrub,towel to dry. Armor all pads for interior leather , air freshener and working vacuums. Wonderful. Most important was the staff. Toya and the young man were very helpful and made me feel that they were Eagar to help. They took initiative. Without me asking he offered to shine my tires while I wiped my vehicle. He did a phenomenal job. Sorry I didn't get his nameCheck y'all schedule. See y'all in a few days.Services: Polishing

Probably the best automatic wash in the city. Quality wash, free vacuums, friendly staff, safe environment. Never have an issue getting a spot for the vacuums and there’s a separate hose for each side of your vehicle. The unlimited pass is a decent value. They also offer interior cleaner and glass cleaner I love this site, they get an A++++Services: Auto detailing

I had a monthly account with Take 5 and cancelled it after a few months. Even with the top of the line wash, every single time, I had to wipe pink soap off of my white car. There is no just running through the car wash and leaving, you have to stop and wipe the car down or risk stains. I go here only when I have the extra time.

They use to bush off your car as you going it to the wash, they no longer consistent when it come to putting the tape on the back window wipe, and I'm trying to wait them out before I leave off of my pay by the month plan because of the bug and tire wash, they need to bring it back ASAP!!!!!

The car wash was nice, but the products for the interior cleaning caused my interior paint to bubble up. I have a Audi Q3 and I’m so disappointed! The damage will cost me $820 to replace the interior panel. I used as directed. I asked for assistance to resolve the issue and wasn’t given any.

Loyal member of the wash club here. We've had rain for 2 weeks and then Sunday @ 1:00, 90 degrees and sunny, both Farrow and Wilson Blvd closed?(!) Brand new competitor in front of Kroger open and killing it now. Thinking I've bet on the wrong horse.

I was greeted by a young lady name Tiffany. My experience from the beginning to the end of Car wash service at this car wash on my vehicle was 100% a great one, but this particular location was Farrow Road and Clemson Road. Right now they are advertising a special $.99 for the first month, and they have all types of packages which you would like.I will certainly recommend them as I have always used them in times past, and have never had an incident with bad service or mediocre quality machines. this is going to be a long hot summer and I would advise that you get your membership today. I highly recommend them Frank’s car wash.Services: Polishing

Three strikes and your out. That’s what it takes for me to post a review on a business. Place doesn’t deserve one star. If you have a full size truck and no I am not lifted, nor do I have mud and dirt falling off the fenders when I enter the drive thru. Don’t bother going here truck owners!!. It does not clean your vehicle, no matter what wash you choose. I go through with my running boards deployed and as you can see in the picture….?Congrats guys…. you got me for a total of 75.00. Completely Disappointed. Take Pride in Your Business People!! Well Done!!!??????

The employees were nice & knowledgeable.The car wash was clean they even provided spray & towels.But the part that I really like is the free scrub tank to clean tires & large windshields or to clean cars by hand...10/10 recommended...I ended up getting a membershipServices: Auto detailing

Excellent experience; couple of very nice folks met me at the kiosk; I had been wanting to join the monthly subscription but couldn’t find the time. They got me signed up and even chatted me up about my Tesla Y; the wash itself was excellent since I drive about 75 miles daily in my Tesla; great experience I’ll be bringing Christine by regularly now to keep her clean and shiny. The employees are very friendly I go there every other day they're very convenient for me and my kids there good with kids also they love the lights & colors when we go in the tunnel I also sent my sister's there an she loves it too they get the job done ... Definitely the best car wash on the west bank!!!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
