Was referred to this local office and have since referred a couple of friends.COMPLETELY unacceptable communication from this office for 3 days now. I was assured from State Farm corporate that the office would give me a call on Monday at 9am. That didn’t happen.Tuesday I had to call in to address my issue and was not even apologized to for them not returning my call. I spoke with Karla on Tuesday and she yet again assured me she would give me a call back. That didn’t happen. I had to call AGAIN today, Wednesday. Unacceptable.I was never sent a new drive safe beacon for my new vehicle and because of that my bill went up $67. Additionally, aside from the $67, there was a discrepancy on my bill of about $47. She literally could not tell me where that came from. Again, unacceptable.It was confirmed that a new beacon would be sent but Karla literally told me I would have to overpay almost $100 today (my bill is due today which is why I tried for almost 3 days ago) she “couldn’t guarantee that I’d receive a refund for over paying”…. WHAT?! LOLThis terrible communication and no willingness to resolve has resulted in my switching insurance companies… Not to mention, thanks to Nan with Progressive, I’m saving $82 monthly for my premium.FANTASTIC service and incredible discounts.Really disappointed and hopeful this information helps someone else moving forward. This branch really should reconsider how they handle situations with their customers.By FAR, the WORST experience I’ve ever had in reference to insurance.

I was contacted by a really nice young lady(Karol)I believe. Told about since selling my deceased mothers home a refund was due,just send in info. I did so,only to be told a few days after that I wouldn’t receive the refund.Because they mailed the cancellation paperwork directly to the same house they told me the refund was due to me because it was sold. Huh?! The time expired because it was returned to them(State Farm)because nobody there lived there by my name.I called and called,got sent to voicemail a few times. Finally someone said they’d get Mr.Tommy to speak to me because he’s the Boss he handles it all. Never heard from him. I took it upon myself to contact Louisiana citizens.Explained and without any issues they told me State Farm waited too long to turn in my paperwork but they’ll still issue the refund. A simple apology or explanation would’ve worked. Truly unprofessional but the lady who called me was a absolute delight to deal with trying to sort this out
