We came to Lori, with an idea for custom engagement bands and she knocked it out of the park. The bands came out exactly how we envisioned. We really can’t thank Lori and Rihner’s enough for making the entire process so easy and straight forward. From the CAD models to the wax carvings, she explained things to us every step of the way. We’ll definitely be back, and we recommend anyone looking for jewelry to make Rihner’s the first place you go to.

Rihners Jewelers is a15 out of 10! They are extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I always feel like I got great advice and service from everyone there. Don’t hesitate to shop there. Their selections are excellent too! If they don’t have what you’re looking for they will get it for you.

This is my second time coming into Rihner’s and they are consistent in customer service. My family and I were greeted warmly and told someone would be with us. Breigh-Anne was the associate that met us at the Pandora display. I initially went into Rihner’s to show my husband a few hoop earrings I liked, so Breigh-Anne showed us the different hoops they had in stock and the pricing. She was very polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the products. I then decided I wanted to explore making a Pandora bracelet. Breigh-Anne made the process super easy and was so knowledgeable in creating a bracelet that stood out. The size I needed wasn’t in stock, so she ordered it for me. I was able to take advantage of the pandora promotion. My experience with Breigh-Anne was filled with laughs, and I was extremely impressed by her expertise. Even more impressive, when my sale was complete, I was given a Pandora jewelry box. Breigh-Anne definitely has all of the traits I love to experience from a salesperson; engaging, knowledgeable, patient, and a warm disposition. I’ll definitely be back to see her for all of my future jewelry needs.

My 30 year old Rolex needed repair. Because of its sentimental value, I needed a jeweler that would treat my watch with the same value as me. And Rihners did just that! They returned my watch repaired and looking as good as it looked the day it was given to me as a gift almost 30 years ago. My heartfelt appreciation to Marie and her team at Rihners. I stopped by Rihner’s to add some things to my wish list and to check out a special event. Everyone was so patient to explain the pieces…and I went through all of them! I did find the perfect piece. ? one of the many things I love is that when I have an idea for a piece I want, they are able to create it for me. There is no other place I have found that gives as excellent service as Rihner’s!

Lovely shop with gorgeous pieces. Everyone was friendly, easy going & professional. I needed some heirloom pieces I inherited sized & repaired. Every detail was paid attention to, my pieces were photographed for security purposes & the job was done several days in advance of the estimated time given. The sizing & repairs were expertly attended to & my pieces are in better condition than when I left them! Prices are very reasonable as well. You can trust these folks with your jewelry!

Rihner’s Jewelry is the only name you need to know when shopping for jewelry. I love the incredibly wide range of pieces here, from "just your average day" wear to "jaw-dropping" jewelry. I had one of my rings sized and picked it up today. As always, they did a fabulous job! While I was there, I picked up 2 birthday gifts and put a Christmas gift on layaway!My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Rhiner’s and I got his wedding band from them too! A pleasure to do business with! My daughter’s college graduation gift came from Rhiner’s too.Let’s just say we are part of the Rhiner’s family. Always helpful and has something special for every occasion!!

Rhiner’s jewelers is family owned and has been on the Westbank for as long as I can remember. Picking an engagement ring is a very important decision. Rudy & Marie treated me as if I was part of their family. My fiancé couldn’t be happier with the beautiful clear circular cut diamond that Marie helped me pick out. The drive from the northshore to the west bank was totally worth it. If you want an honest jeweler that will help make your special occasion perfect, give them a call.

I went in looking for a 40th wedding anniversary gift, and I really waited until the last minute, not only did they show me things in the store but, even let me know I could order something custom made. They not only found a gift in my price range, but they had it expedited and set the stones on site and sized the ring I ordered. The customer service is amazing. They have unique pieces and a price range for everyone.

Rihner’s has helped me on multiple occasions pick out the perfect piece whether is was a birthday gift, just cause, and all the way to designing the PERFECT engagement ring for my now Fiancée!
