Cashier (white lady mid 50s) yelled at my son for no reason at all twice. She said he needs to be in a straight line right behind everyone when he was shoulder to shoulder with his brother. Is this how race track trains their employee?

Employees are very Unprofessional and seem to be Unhappy. Employees have unprofessional conversations upon each other while checking out Customers; Which are not greeted. Employees at this location seem to want to be entitled to something. Store manager is VERY VERY RUDE and Has a nasty attitude. Store manager, talk to employees, reckless, and unprofessional. It seems to me that Racetrack makes any one a Store manager. Store manager has no type of Customer service skills what so ever. Store looks unkept and Dirty. Pumps do not have Receipt paper, Restroom are Locked to the public's for some reason. This store needs new Management and better employees. This Racetrack is convenient Because it’s right by my house. I will drive extra miles to avoid this place. I will not be stopping at this location for gas anymore or any Convenient needs.

I shop at Racetrac because I drive for a living and they usually have fairly clean restrooms. For some reason, the staff feel entitled to close the bathroom and give customers an attitude when they clean it. This defeats the purpose of having them, and it’s super frustrating to someone who drove there to use it and shop

This must be the store where they send folks to learn how not to run a store. Pull up, closed. Normal day at this particular store. I wonder how much money they lose here because this is a regular day. In the time to type this six people have pulled on the locked door. Why is the manager not here? This is a constant issue. My only hope is a competitor at some point opens near here.
