After a few phone calls to different vet offices in the Westbank, this place was the only one that gave me good vibes with their friendliness and patience on questions I had about my dog. They were able to get me in on the same day. The entrance can be a bit tricky, as there are two doors in the front but they are locked. I had to walk towards the right of the building before I notice a sign pointing to the correct entrance. The facility is pretty clean. The staff members are so nice! Excellent service. Dr. Wilson took good care of my fur baby and explain all the meds throughly. She didn't seem to be in a rush and took her time examining Olive. We will be making this our primary location since we felt so welcomed there and received great care!

Very friendly staff. This is the second time that I've used their boarding services and i can tell that they treat my dog as their own. I would use their services again if ever needed.

If there was an option to select lower than 1star, I would. A family pet of mine who has been treated for many many years by Dr. O was not provided the medical care a fur baby and client should be provided. As a provider, I am required to perform a safety risk assessment with accountability under my license. A veterinarian should practice in a similar fashion by providing physical exams when a pet is brought into their clinic for care. Especially a pet they have seen for many many years. It is there duty to assess for any changes or abnormalities in his patients. Anything below this standard of practice is negligence. I hope the licensing boards for veterinarians have some standard of practice for those who hold a license to practice medical care for pets. Veterinarians who cannot uphold this standard should quit, retire or find another job....not career because they have established they are not capable of being a professional. Thank God another veterinarian in Bucktown saw, diagnosed and treated our baby. A tumor taking up 70+ percent of her internal organs and abdominal cavity was identified both physically and by x-Ray. She was seen by Dr. O 2 -3 times in the last 2 months. If this is the quality of care you want for your fur babies, I feel for you. You are risking the health and wellbeing of your pet. This is evidenced by medical appointments and records, as well as an X-ray and physical exam performed today by a truly compassionate, attentive and ethical veterinarian in Bucktown. God bless him! Be your dogs best advocate. Select a veterinarian who is attentive and compassionate, not rushed to get the next dollar.

I recently brought my dog in to get groomed. Randy is awesome!!!! My dog looks great and I can tell he was cared for and they took their time grooming my fur baby. I will never go any where else even though they are not close to home. I know my doggy was left in good hands from the staff to the groomer.
