PakMail of New Orleans did an awesome job packing and shipping the rugs I won at Neale Auction. They were responsive when I called for a quote, and kept me updated as my rugs were being packed. PakMail of New Orleans did a great job picking up my jewelry items I had won at New Orleans Auction, packing them carefully in an expert manner, and then getting them to me via FedEx, all at a great price point, and very timely done. I could not be happier or more impressed. Barbara was extremely polite, on point, very thorough, and friendly & courteous. What more could anyone want? Fantastic job! I give them my best and highest recommendation. Better than five stars.

Highly Recommend.We are a large antiques dealer located outside Washington, DC. Over the course of a year, we will use dozens of different pack-and-ship services, located in both the States and in Europe, to ship items which are often fragile (think: large oil paintings, glassware, art objects, etc.). Over the past couple years, we have used Pak Mail #493 several times. Each time, our items arrived expertly packaged and undamaged—sadly, this is not always the case with other pack-and-ship service providers. Lastly, I would add that Pak Mail typically turns the items around quickly, at a reasonable cost, and that they are very responsive to my emails.
