I had a great experience with Maaco! They treated me very well.. They did amazing paint job on my SUV! I would definitely recommend them to whomever needs a paint job on their car!!

I went in for 2 specific issues. However, somehow unknown to me, the work order received by the body shop didn't detail 1 of the issues correctly. When I picked the car up, I noticed the issue and pointed out that the bumper didn't looked secured to the fender. At the time, I was told to return if it came a loose. Of course, it happened and I returned less than 2 weeks later and the same manager acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. He then goes on the say I needed an engine guard and that's why it wasn't secured and that he told me that before, which isn't true. Fast forward, I purchase an engine guard, which I've done before and let this same maaco install only for it fall off multiple times after only being on a couple of hours, they install it and secure the fender to the bumper with brackets under the warranty. I picked the car up on Wednesday and it's Friday. I'm currently at Kia because the engine guard isn't installed correctly, I can hear wind rattling in between it and the bumper as I drive. Apparently, it's also not needed to secure to secure the bumper to the fender as I was told by the maaco manager. I found out they broke the engine guard that I had just purchased and never fully removed the old one.

I went to the MAACO at 201 Lapalco Blvd in Gretna. The staff is always nice, professional, and friendly. I have been here twice. The prices are reasonable and they even told me how I could save money by ordering the car parts myself and having them shipped there. I have always been happy with the work they have did on my car. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I just picked up my car and I couldn't be happier. I could never have dreamed that they could have done such an amazing/thorough/pristine job on the bodywork and the paint job. It literally looks like a brand-new Porsche! The customer service was amazing and Chuck and Chance deserve a special shout-out. I highly recommend this specific location for all of their services.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I wasn't going to leave a review because I didn't get the best experience at this place. I reported my issue with the owner in Alabama. He seemed to have to cared at all about what was happening. I sent my vehicle to the shop for small dent on the side panel and front bumper. It took me 38 days to retrieve my car back. The manager James is a liar; he misled me so many times that I refused to speak with him. He ordered a set of keys without my permission and said my insurance company only sent him a hundred dollar check for a set of electronic keys and key fob. It's obvious that the amount of that key fob and set would be more but he told me that he was waiting on the insurance company to send him another check while my finished car was just sitting at their shop. Remind you I did not send my car in for that issue he requested that service. I would have been waiting longer if I did not escalate the issue. He lied about the corporate email contact info. Again, I spoke with the owner and he reported that my car was not seen until 07/19 after dropping my vehicle off 07/02/2023. James did not provide one single service update phone call. After reading reviews someone stated that their battery died on them. Here it is my battery to my car is dead and I have to pay $300 for a replacement but for now i'm stranded. Very unprofessional place, no accountability, no business integrity. Spend your money elsewhere.
