The only downside I think is the cleanliness of the room, strands of hair everywhere and an unpleasant smell as soon as you enter the room. They come to change the towels anyway but otherwise it's okay the staff is friendly.”

509 Decatur St, New Orleans“I LOVED the French Market Inn. I have heard quite a few things about this place and they all lived up to the hype. I went during Halloween and was in the perfect location to walk right outside my hotel and watch the Krewe of Boo parade. It was very clean and perfectly located; the STAFF made me give it 5 stars. We arrived earlier than expected and the staff did not hesitate to jump in and help me with a smile. They had my room ready and clean so quickly and gave me many recommendations. Love the ladies at the front desk. They are awesome.”

I’ve stayed in New Orleans many, many times and this is the first time I have felt like the hotel was a true highlight of the trip. Thank you Hotel Monteleone!”

300 Gravier St, New Orleans“STUNNING luxury hotel! Harpist playing in the lobby on a Friday morning. The ladies room in the lobby has a complete restroom inside the individual stall; toilet with seat covers, a SINK with an individual liquid soap dispenser, and an abundance of cloth hand towels! How lovely!!! This is across from Canal street, away from the French Quarter, and the majority of tourists. A very quiet area.”
“It was truly incredible to sleep in a place with a century of history. Formerly a patrol post with its prison, it is now a boutique hotel tour comfort. We love the details added to the decoration, the nods to his prison past but above all the hospitality of Todd, who made our stay exceptional! I recommend 1000 times!Rooms: The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated while keeping their historic appearance with the stone walls.Safety: We were 3 women and we felt very comfortable in this area. We didn't have a car but it was very easy to walk and take the bus.Noteworthy details: A rooftop terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors! We also have access to a full kitchen and a living room area. We feel like home!”
“Magnificent establishment, very friendly welcome, clean and spacious room, quiet. Very good breakfast. As a bonus, the hotel offers 3 cocktails per day and an unlimited hot buffet every day from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.?”
“Loved my stay at Hotel Provincial! I stayed there for two days as I was attending the Eras Tour. The hotel staff were very kind and made everything to make our stay a great one. Loved the Taylor Swift goodies at our room”

501 Basin St F, New Orleans“What a fantastic little spot this is!Right on the edge of the French Quarter and walking distance to everywhere. The hotel is beautifully maintained with its own museum and lovely, spacious, quiet rooms. We had read about Gregory on the front desk in several reviews and were absolutely delighted to find him at the desk when we arrived. He was every bit as helpful as everyone says... told us all about the hotel and the local area, and gave us a number of restaurant recommendations, which were great. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. Absolutely superb!”
“The room was spacious with everything that we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Laundry is on 1st floor near pool, morning coffee on 2nd floor. We didn't use our vehicle at all during our stay. We used the public transportation system, "le pass," and there is an app to help you get to each trolley or bus. The location was for everything our family wanted to do, but we just didn't have enough time to see it all, so we will be back, and we will stay at Club Wyndham again!
Nearby activities: We visited the French Market for some shopping. We explored the graveyards and found a couple famous names among the tombs. We went to the Mardi Gras experience and got to tour the warehouse and see how they build the floats for the parades. We went on the Evening dinner cruise up the River an the famous Natchez steam boat. The food was amazing and the sites were beautiful.”

Very cool to see an inside glimpse of the private patio for hotel guests, and unique features in each boutique room... So much to explore next time!”

827 Toulouse St, New Orleans“The Hotel St. Marie was the perfect hotel for my husband and I when we visited New Orleans last week. It was so close to Bourbon Street that we could walk in just a minute when we wanted to, but still feel completely separate when on our balcony overlooking the hotel’s peaceful courtyard. The rooms were nice, clean, and the air conditioning and water pressure/temperature worked great, and the amenities on site were extremely convenient. But most importantly, the staff were so kind, considerate, and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!”
“Concierge Rolando was so incredible in recommending a restaurant for us during our ladies trip last month. We were so impressed we had to come back and thank him. Can't wait to stay here next time we visit.”

1701 11th St, Harvey“Parking can be a challenge at night. It’s near several great restaurants and fast food places. The breakfast is typical American fair with eggs, waffles, biscuits, bagels, and grits. There’s no individual protein like sausage and bacon. The room was spacious and fit 6 comfortably. One issue was that you cannot add guests to the room without paying a fee. Supposedly it is free before checking in but the front desk is impossible to reach before check in. The phone will just ring and loop back to the main line. Pricing was high but it was worth it for comfort and safety.”

621 St Louis St, New Orleans“Stayed one night. Nice hotel and great location. We had a 2nd floor balcony and we loved that we could hear the street action and live music from our room. Room was spacious and comfy. They do need to tend to the balcony floor - the wood decking has seen better days, but I would still stay in the exact room again.”

3636 St Charles Ave, New Orleans“The hotel is well situated and the rooms are very charming. The breakfast was a good simple continental breakfast. Generally, I would recommend this hotel. But I would keep in mind a few things.First, yes parking is included. However, when it is full, you have to park a block away in the hospital parking where there is no gate like at the hotel. We also had issues with the toilet, even after a staff member came to fix it. The staff at the front desk could definitely be friendlier (the cleaning staff was lovely). A nice, personable staff would have made a huge difference in the experience.”

315 Magazine St, New Orleans“We spent three wonderful nights here in room 453, The Editor's Suite. The room is quite spacious. The pictures and description on the website are pretty much spot on. Just some quick points. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean for the msot part. The TV in the sitting area will not stay turned off. It just keeps coming back on. The shower door handle was broken and put back in place. Both shower heads do not work at the same time. However, the wet room is pretty cool. DO NOT step out of there, with wet feet, onto the tile floor. It is SLIPPERY. Put a towel down. Like, really. There is plenty of hot water and the tub is big enough for two. ? The view is onto the street in front of the hotel. The toilet paper is soooo thin. Seemed a bit petty to skimp on that. We were there three days and never asked for housekeeping, but getting them to part with a couple extra towels was funny. Looked at us like we were going to keep them. She gave them up though, reluctantly. The location really is perfect. Just on the edge of the French Quarter, it was quiet and tucked away, but a very short walk to the grit that is New Orleans. Some nice seating out front and easy access for Uber service. There is a nice steakhouse right across the street, where there is also some ongoing construction. Lobby, bar, and courtyard are swanky with nooks and crannies to hang out in and take selfies. ? Very Instagrammable hotel. Some live music in the "lobby" was nice and the concierge was friendly and willing to help. They offer bikes to get around the city that were included in our room rate. They held our luggage as we were early and again when we wanted to go out for brunch after we checked out. Ice machine was out order on the fourth floor. There is a mini fridge, and safe but no microwave. They were very accomidating.”
“Excellent clean rooms and a nice location with free parking. If not being real close to French Quarter is an issue for you, this is a very good spot. Will stay again.Rooms: Very well kept and spacious with a good bed.”
“If you are looking for a lovely, comfortable, conveniently located bed and breakfast in New Orleans, run by people who know what they’re doing, this is your place. The hosts know the area well and provide thoughtful recommendations. The rooms are well equipped and have amenities not usually expected in a historic bed and breakfast. We plan to return.”
