I try not to leave bad reviews but this facility literally wasted my whole day. Went in for an alignment which they said would be done soon so I waited, I'm ok with a 2hr wait. Just to find out their alignment machine wasn't working. They tried to "make adjustments" anyway which I was not going to pay for and left. They removed all the tire stem valve covers and didn't put the lug not covers on properly so lost 1 on the drive home then I realized they were all just placed on and not snapped in. 0 care for customers time.

I brought my truck in for an AC issue. I described what the issue was, the conditions it gave me problems under, and what I'd already assessed and tried. I dropped the truck off. The next day, I get a call and all they did was put freon in it. They did not test the system under the stresses I described as best as I could gather by my followup questions. The staff was not polite and somewhat dismissive of my concerns. Well, as expected, the AC began to fail again 2 days later.

Short staffed = LONGGGG wait. 5+ hrs for oil change and battery swap out.
Always seems this location “just had 2 people quit or go home early.” Definitely don’t take jobs based on appointment, so why even have appointments? ?♂️

Gave 2 stars due to the fair price. I left this establishment due to their promise to have four new tires by today's date May 27th. These tires were ordered back on May 20th and the manager Mr Moore promise that the tires would be there. Went there today on the 27th of May and they said they didn't have the tires. Mr Moore said that oh he made a mistake and sold them and wanted me to wait about an hour so you can get some more. I became aggravated with Mr Moore and left he tried to stop me a few times by talking to me but I did not want anymore of his lies. I went down the street to Firestone and got four new tires at a more reasonable price and had a better warranty. I will not Go back to this establishment again.
Getting 4 new tires and I do believe it to be a fair price. Will give an update when the new tires are mounted as my appointment is for Monday.

Brought my car in last week for a check up because CarMax was full. I waited the whole day for them to check up on my car. I have Never complain or ask questions because I want them to take good care of my car. But when i got my car… my car ended up got scratches by them. They didn’t want to take responsibility and make up all kind of excuses. This is suppose to be a place that you can trust them to take good care of your car? I don’t think so… they treated my car like it’s trash because it’s not their car. The manager didn’t give me his boss phone numbers because he knew he would be in trouble. I need some answers Good Year!!! I just recently bought the car from CarMax and this is how yall going to treat my car??!!

I've done all my oil change and tire related business here since 2003. Also they have handled complete intake and injector cleaning--always with friendly service and employees that have been their continuously SINCE THEN. Never ever disappointed. The cars pictured plus two others have only gone to Goodyear, and this location in particular. They take care of you

I came in to this store on April 25. All I need was 4 tires put on(which I provided). They were quick to get my truck in a bay. They removed one lug nut and said they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have the correct lug key. No worries. I tell them I will replace the lug nuts and we agree that I will be back the following morning. I go home, replace my lug nuts, and bring it back at 8:30 on April 26. I sat in the waiting area for 9 hours. During that nine hours, they destroyed every single wheel on my truck. This is only the second set of tires these wheel have seen. They were in near perfect condition. And now they are not. When I brought the issue up, the manager said “go get a quote to fix them”. My problem is the wheels were fine when handed to them. And ruined when handed back. On top of a 9 hour wait. I would not recommend this establishment. The workers were nice. But seemed very unprofessional at their jobs.

I just recently went to this Goodyear in Gretna. My experience is always welcoming. The store manager Mr. Trinly, is a super nice person. He is always making customers when I go there feel special. The store is always clean and tidy. Mr. Trinly is always concern when I have problems with one of SUV'S. There is this certain technician there name Nick. I only want to work on my vehicles. He is very attentive and always trying to make sure things are done right on my vehicles. There is a another young man name Mr. Nick (Service manager). He is also a very nice person. He is always helping where he can with the other technicians. I can't say enough about these young men but thank ya'll so much for everything. Even when they put new tires on both my SUV'S. My daughter also get her tires from them for her Armanda. Rating A+A+A+
