*Old Gretna is now GNO Pharmacy at 1151 Barataria*Works with all insurance plans and usually always have meds in stock, including compounded supplements by prescription.Fantastic staff and communication.

Went here to fill my 3 med script for breast reconstruction surgery next week since I now live around the corner. Person behind the counter solely concentrated on the pain med, told me they had to check because they don’t have Percocet (which is baffling given the recent pain management review), left to the back and then came back and said “yeah, we can’t fill it.” Again ignoring the antibiotics that were also part of the script.As a nurse in the community who was trying to support a local business instead of heading to CVS this was a troubling experience.

I absolutely recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I was so grateful that my pain management doctor told me that this pharmacy would be 100 times more satisfied with because they are completely organized and more knowledgeable than the other big chain pharmacy. Try them, you will not regret it.

Great service friendly and knowledgeable service of a old time neighborhood Drug Store but can handle all your modern needs. Great location in Old Gretna quick location to get to.

This pharmacy is the BEST. I've never had a problem with them. Pharmacists and full staff are just as sweet and helpful as can be. One night when I was stuck in traffic and couldn't get there before they closed, the pharmacist waited for me. Couldn't ask for better service.

These people are awesome!!! They remember you. They give great service. And they beat the commercial pharmacies prices. Go there if you're fed up with the uncaring attitude of the big box stores! These people will be happy to work with you.
