I’m so disappointed with Geg’s automotive. Jan 2023 I had Mark replace my water pump. He told me there might be an “extra charge” if he had trouble undoing the bolts. I was charged an extra $120.00 for my rusty bolts. I didn’t say anything at the time. If you are actually going to charge for these bolts then you better make sure they are tighten because five months later this bolt came loose and resulted in another major issue to my car. I spent over $1200 and the second repair was completely unnecessary. I attempted to bring my car back to Mark (the loose bolt was making a terrible noise), but he was “too busy” so I took my car somewhere else where they diagnosed the problem and explain the damage had been done by a loose bolt! I would have sent Mark a private message, but he doesn’t have a web site or email. I believe Mark should reimburse me for the repair due to the loose bolt damaging my car.

Over the years i.have always brought all my vehicles to Geg's to have all vehicles serviced and repairs done.I got to know the owner Mark really good. He is very good at what he does. For the price you pay to have your vehicle serviced or repaired are reasonable and fair. What I really like about Geg's is Mark stands behinds all his work. I highly recommend Geg's to anyone. Keep them in mind the next time you're car needs to be serviced are repaired.

We have used them and only them for years. Mark is so honest and explains the ins and outs of what is needed, the cost and what can be put off. Mark doesn’t work on certain imported cars so we have never bought one because we can’t bring it to his shop. Great community guy! Great business

They had my car all day to give me a diagnostic on what was wrong with it and I drove by to see if they were done because it was nearing their closing time and no one had contacted me and they said they did not do a diagnostic on my car. I was told to come back when I had 300 or 400 dollars for them to look at my car. After that my car started acting different the whole dash would shake and white smoke was coming out the tail pipe then a day later my car stopped working at all.

Never had a bad experience at this location. They gave me a free diagnosis and installed parts I brought in for a reasonable price. I never feel like I’m being swindled here. I highly recommend.
