I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the Floor & Decor in Gretna. The staff seemed completely unprepared to handle issues effectively. When I arrived to pick up my order, they informed me their system was down and that I should return the next day. Although I agreed and came back at 8 a.m. the next morning, my order was still not ready.
I even offered to pay for delivery to save the hassle, but they declined. For such a large company, I expected better service and a focus on finding solutions for their customers. Unfortunately, the management appears disorganized, and it shows in their approach to customer care. Next time, I’ll be taking my business to Lowe's, where they know how to treat their customers.

I recently visited the store in need of guidance and had an outstanding experience. Ms. Ida was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to offer excellent suggestions and helping me put things into perspective. Tia also stepped in quickly to assist, presenting various options without rushing me or making me feel unimportant. Even Lorenzo helped by looking up an option for me.
I genuinely appreciate the professionalism, understanding, and extensive knowledge of Tia and Ms. Ida. They were phenomenal and made sure I left with a product I absolutely love. They coordinated with another store to ensure a smooth purchase. Additionally, Shanta at the Metairie store is a complete rockstar! Employees like these truly become the backbone of companies. I hope Floor & Decor recognizes these extraordinary individuals because they deserve it!

Enjoyed coming in today!! Needed to complete some flooring upstairs. The attentive Employee named Fred was fantastic!!! Showed me everything I needed to complete this project. He explained everything very well, and sold me everything I needed with no hassle or pressure. If you guys don't stop spoiling us (purchasers) like this, beware, your store is going to be busting at the seems with us in your store!!!! ???GREAT job FRED!!!!!

Jeanine outta custom service in Atlanta was one of the best customer Reps I’ve ever met! Without her hard work & dillegence I would have never been able to bring this home up to 100% and would go tile for tile vs any other chain store! Huge asset to her self which brings Floor & Decor to the Top! She needs to be moved up in management cuz she only beginning to bloom! In keeping w/ the Highest Traditions of USMC!she in a League of her own & shines like diamonds!
