Finish line is finished. The pictures are great and the prices are phenomenal, but, in all actuality, finish line is just a way to ruin your day. They lie about the availability of the shoe and display that it's in stock, so you make your order but little do you know that that shoe not only isn't available but doesn't even exist anymore. However, finish line still allows you to order the shoe as if you'll receive it in a few days and when you awake in the middle of the night, you'll see the cancelation order saying how sorry they are and how they haven't charged you but your money has a hold on it and it'll be released somewhere within the next 7 business days. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REVISE THE APP. #FALSEADVERTISEMENTS

Hello, I have been trying to contact you all for over a few months now regarding my package missing. And you guys have been ignoring my calls and messages all the time and it’s very frustrating. I have not received my check that you guys promised me and it’s been about 7 months, if you guys continue to do this I will telling everyone to stop purchasing from you guys and tell them that you guys DO NOT HELP NOR DO YOU GUYS CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. You guys owe me almost $200 and if you think I’m not going to argue till you all respond then you have another thing coming. jus wundering what is happening. Did you guys lie about me receiving a refund because my items didn't come in the mail or what is it. It's been over a few months and I'm not understanding where my refund is or were my shipment is. If I need to pick a new size then I can but I don't understand how long it will be. The person's birthday is about to come up again and I'm still waiting.

I was recently on an outing , shopping in a magnificent attitude but it shortly ended once I went into Finishline ! I was even uncomfortable asking for a shoe sizes cause I didn't want to force them to work which they didn't want to anyways . I soon changed my mind and left without no inconvenience.
