I have been a Fidelity Bank customer since I graduated from High School in 1985. They have always provided excellent customer service (they're really like family). I recently had a problem that I couldn't figure out and Ms. Marie was spot on in her assessment of the issue. Thank You to the ENTIRE STAFF at Gretna, Aligers and Crowder locations.

I’ve been using the Fidelity branch on Bellchase Highway for over 20 years. I absolutely love everybody in the branch Miss Marie, the manager and Jane are two of the best people I’ve ever met. They take care of all of Needs. I’d recommend Fidelity on Bellchase Highway to anyone. Thanks

I recently made an account with Fidelity and it has been going very well, they were very swift to get my online account fully set up and my debit card sent to me. This specific bank is great due to the location even though the hours are not the best due to the fact I get around that area around 4:30-5:00 p.m., other than that it is amazing.

Worse bank ever !!! I only used this bank for ONLINE purchases not for regular banking needs so i barely put money in their unless i need to make a purchase online . I bank with Whitney bank and it’s way better than this one . This bank would OVERDRAFT your account and make YOU pay all the fees plus lock YOUR card even after you put money in the account to correct the overdraft they MADE . So you would not be able to access your money at all whether you have money in their or not . I think this bank just try to steal funds from innocent people
