I came in with pretty terrible stomach/digestive symptoms and waited 2 hours for the doctor just for them to tell me that they didn't have 2/3 tests in stock and I'd have to come back. The one they did have in stock, they wouldn't let me take in clinic because "it would be messy" and the lab billing lady just left for the day. Mind you, I got there at 8:30am, and it was 10:37am when she told me this. Why would she be leaving so early? A complete waste of time and money. Go somewhere else.

I've had several pharmacies over the span of 7 years, always had trouble with one thing or another, or no one cared to help me. I finally found this place & have had no issues at all & won't be going anywhere else, we've moved our entire family over to them as well (6). This pharmacist is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with (even when there's issues with a RX) they give very good advice on meds, especially children's meds as we have 2 special needs boys. It feels like a local Mom & Pop pharmacy like when Carr drugs was a pharmacy, kind of like part of the family. The pharmacist goes above & beyond to help. The entire team there is very professional & pleasant to talk to, also having the option of meds being delivered helps our family a ton. I could keep going because it's hard to find good places like this but 10/10 recommend!

unfortunately this place is out here doing some illegal denials of medications regardless of what your doctor and insurance are saying. a pharmacy going rogue is a but dangerous imo

I've been coming here for some years and I've never had any bad or negative experiences. That's not to say that some mishaps didn't occur but they were handled efficiently and professionally. Mr. Johnny is the man! His staff is amazing!

I don't know why I have kept going back to this urgent care, but this last time will be my final. I came in for a sore throat on a Tuesday. I was tested for strep throat and it was negative, so I was sent home with no medication (I was given a steroid shot and was offered Lidocane, that's it). They sent in a culture to the lab, which I was told would take 48 hours. I called Saturday to find out what the result were as my throat was killing me and getting progressively worse. I was told the results were still pending, so much for 48 hours. I ended up having a friend prescribe me antibiotics Sunday, which I started taking that evening and the next morning I immediately felt better. I called in Monday morning to find out what the lab results were. The receptionist looked up my file, then told me that the results said I have an upper respiratory infection and that I am fine - like it was no big deal. I said, "fine, what does that mean, viral or bacterial?". She paused, then spoke to someone, then came back on the line and was like "oh the nurse is going to send over a prescription". The level of ineptitude and unprofessionalism is kind of mind blowing. Why am I the one that has to hound them for test results? I would have continued to have gotten worse under their direction. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else.

Staff very courteous and professional. They don’t yell out my prescription names and status like many other pharmacies (W!?) I will never use a another pharmacy again!

My first visit was very positive. The team was caring and patient even though I was in a ton of pain with a pinched nerve. Everyone was very personable, especially MJ - the X-Ray Technician. They're a medical center who takes walk-in patients only if they have capacity, so a little different than a regular urgent care. I recommend calling ahead to ensure that they can see you or just book an appointment.
