These reviews did not lie. Very unprofessional and not welcoming at all and you can see that in the way they respond to reviews. Shouldn’t have a customer service business if you do not know how to treat customers. Definitely seemed like we all were a bother and on top of that it was a repast where everyone is already grieving and to have such nasty attitudes thrown at you was mind boggling.

The chairs are very cheap and close to the floor. If any heavy set people attend any event there, they won't be able to sit down because it will be very difficult for them to get up without help. Just like the host for the event in which I attended there.. The lady recently had knee surgery and couldn't sit on her chairs because it was like sitting directly on the floor. The poor lady had to send someone to her home to bring her a chair back to sit on especially since she was the host. (a normal chair that are mostly found at an event place). You can't just throw cheap equipment out there and charge people a high price as if you have good quality equipment. I'm not trying to knock you, but people like you (bad attitude, rude, and bad customer service skills, you can't give constructive criticism to). So before yall book from this company, please make sure you do a walk through and check out her chairs. And also take notice to her attitude. she'll pretend to be nice and pleasant until you give her your money. Afterwards, ask her a question and then you'll see her rudeness come out through her tone.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is the second time attending an event at this place. Both times this lady was very rude. The first time, I asked where was the restroom located. She responded in a very rude tone, "over there"! So I thought the lady was having a bad day and didn't give it any additional attention. The second time, I first notice she was chasing behind her small puppy as the guest were arriving for the event. She picked the puppy up and preceded to take him into a small office. I noticed the puppy left a little p*** on the floor. So I thought it was the right thing to do by telling her so that no one steps in it. She rudely turned her back away from me and said, "I got it, act like they never seen p*** before"! At that point I realized this lady has a problem. She is a business owner who shouldn't have had a dog (big or tiny) in an establishment where food was being served. I saw her come out of her office 2 or 3 times during the event and each time, she was frowned up, never a smile on her face. This lady is not great with customer service and should not be operating a business until she takes a Customer Service course. I will NOT be doing business here and I urge my family and friends not to as well. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The owner is very nasty with her clients. She frowns up and answers very rudly when asked a question. I'm never going there again and I've asked my family and friends to do business with this company. It's very easy to be nice to a person then to be mean and nasty for no reason. A lot of people want to open their own businesses, but need to take lessons on how to give good customer service, first.

Happy Birthday ! It does sound nice but you know what would have been nice walking into a pleasant environment party 7pm at 715 I’m asking the owner for a lighter to light floating candles on tables she replied she will do them when she can .725 I’m trying to get a beer and was told no bc that’s not her job she was waiting for bartender?? What sitting and waiting getting cross looks after asking . Bartender was nice when she got there .Yes there was a random child and puppy hanging out .When the owner was there she was not a host II felt like our group was a bother rather then a paying customer .

I went to a Sweet 16 party there just recently. Party was from 7-11. It’s 7:20 & tried to get a drink & was told I couldn’t since the bar tender was not there. Very unprofessional. So about 2 hours into the party I see a little girl who I may add was a staff member’s daughter or granddaughter playing with the balloons & running around & trying to take my son’s candy apples/cookies. I understand kids are kids but to have your child/grandchild at an event that you are working is very unprofessional. Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else that plans on renting.

I’m not big on giving reviews. But I must on this small venue / hall. My friend threw her daughters sweet 16 at this location for the money yes it’s okay IF. You want to deal with such disrespectful people she had hosting was beyond horrible. When you attend a party you want to feel comfortable. Plus as I read threw the reviews I see my child was brought up the cute little long curly head boy that ran on your so call stage is only 2 he doesn’t no the difference he was attacked and screamed at if he was 5/6 he was reacting for a balloon that was on that so call 10” high stage. Also you contradicted yourself first you said there was no dog in site on one review then state the dog stayed in your office the entire time with you plus What kind of business owner can’t handle the pressure of dealing with there own customers over a dispute so you hide in the your office very unprofessional coming from a business owner. About the security thing She paid for a deputy to be on site not security. Legally you did that all wrong if there is alcohol being served at a hall a Deputy must be present in uniform . Also to argue your fifth on your reviews shows where your status is/was not ever would I reply to my business reviews being a local business owner. CAN YOU RESPOND TO THE FACT YOU WAS SERVING LIQUOR WITHOUT A DEPUTY ON SITE

My friend did a sweet sixteen party there, and the manager had a bad attitude the whole time with the host of the party also the party started at 7pm and the bartender didn't get there til 7:30pm so nobody couldn't get drink til the bartender got there, they are so unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this hall.

If I could put a zero I would lesson learned we try to support our local buisness but its people like this that ruin it for all local buisness owners I would have rather payed thousands and a real venue then to pay less and be harrassed all night. My daughters sweet 16 turned into the biggest headache for me As a parent as simple as moving a table so we could sit close to our family she screamed at me she told me the kids were to sit down in the chair so that she wouldn't be accountable. She charged me ,300 dollars for sherriff officers that per her i had to have when i get there it was two guys with a security shirt. She stole half my food i can review all day!! DO NOT USE THIS LADY IF U DO YOU WILL BE SORRY

Horrible the owner took half the food and had a dog and kids at the party that was not even supposed to be there who brings kids and a dog to some ones party that they paid for
