Very bad customer service. I went to go checkout my items and the cashier Wanessa, a short African American lady, was completely rude to me. She threw my items all over the place and even threw some at me. She then proceeded to throw my change at me. I told her what she did was absolutely rude and inappropriate but she still did not seem to care.

I was in there yesterday an lost my phone. My fault I set it down, I love this store its clean an well stocked an organized. Staff is always helpful. I checked out an realized I didn't have my phone. It's paired with my phone. It was in the store. My app was telling me it was there so I leave. JUANESTA was my cashier very helpful an polite by the way so I go back that night the phone paired with my watch. When I start asking the phone then is disconnected from my watch. I had to keep going up there bc they would not answer the phone. I called 47 TIMES LITERALLY. When I finally get someone on the phone this morning after calling repeatedly Paula answered the phone an of course no phone I knew they would not have it. Just of the story I won't be returning. I'm sad about that. I don't have a car I ride my bike so all of the unnecessary trips passed me off. I knew I wouldn't get the phone back I just wanted to see how far it would go. Where I work we have integrity an things happen I can't tell you how many phones an wallets I find. They are always put in the office or safe. I know how this feels on a personal level. So people do better an teach your employees to do the same

I’ve been to several Dollar Tree stores across America and this is the best one I’ve ever been to. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful if you’re looking for something specific. I honestly was in awe at how clean and organized this store was. Hats off to the employees and management for having a top notch store.

One of the better Dollar Tree stores in the New Orleans area. It's conveniently located at a major intersection and has lots of parking. Shelves are usually stocked and it's possible to check out quickly.

Google ask me to review every time I'm nearby, although I don't go in. I'll just say I disagree with the business model, while everything is cheap, it's still overpriced for what it is.
