We were thrifting and decided to stop by here. There's a giant parking lot the place is even bigger. The sections are really well separated. They have a lot but not too much name brand clothes. The prices are great. They had a lot of kids clothes and toys. The service was good overall okay experience.

I have always loved to shop at Thrift City and had been doing so for many years. When I am in the area I will stop by to purchase many more items in the near future. This is one of the best second hand stores you can find.

I loves this place when I was younger way before Katrina but I've been twice and I must say I won't be returning ever again! The customer Service really sucks . And they are judgy which I really don't appreciate and checkout was not good so I would not recommend this place go at your own risk

Only 4 stars bc of one reason. They do have a far variety of clothes and some furniture and books, but there shoe section has almost nothing and if I did have something it would be for a small child. Overall it is a nice thrift store and will recommend

Because who can afford all the inflation happening around us. My go to space to relax relate and release is still this thrift store. Although they are beyond pricey when you can get almost anything new for under 10 bucks. The prices should be more fitting for the type of store it is. Anyway I will love all my beautiful finds.

90% Clothes (Shitty) and 10% items that are pure junk. 10 minutes of my life i'll never get back in what seemed more like a landfill rather than a "Thrift City"... If you're looking for a treasure hunt or some cool finds- do yourself the favor.. skip this place. If you're looking for hand me all the way down clothes - you're in luck! The extra star was for the staff, who all seemed pleasant. Suggestion - Rebrand and rename to "Salvaged Apparel"

DELTA THRIFT STORE IN TERRYTOWN REFUSED TO HELP VICTIMS OF HURRICANE IDA……………I was informed by a friend that three families were in desperate need of clothing after being devastated by Hurricane Ida. I called the Delta Thrift Store, located at 601 Terry Pkwy. in Gretna. I have donated many times to this store and thought, just maybe, they would be willing to help these families with some basic clothing. Afterall, all or most items are donated to them. I spoke with Mr. David, who is either the owner or the manager of the Delta Thrift Store. When I asked Mr. David if his store would assist these families with minimum clothing, he very abruptly told me, “NO”! Lacking any sense of sympathy, he then sharply told me to contact the Red Cross for assistance. As I mentioned, I’ve donated to this store on several occasions but since I now know they are not willing to help those in need, I will take my donations elsewhere and will never deal with this place again. I know other businesses and organizations, unlike the Delta Thrift Store, have stepped up to the plate and assisted these victims with essentials such as food, clothing, toiletries, etc . Those who have and continue to do so deserve to be mentioned and recognized for their compassionate deeds!

came here during my visit to arizona- so impressed! they had a huge collection, i spent two hours browsing (and i'm an experienced thrifter that normally sorts through everything pretty fast). prices were cheaper than goodwill, came out with five items for myself and two for my sibling!

This place is horrible! You walk through the front door and it smells of must, urine, and cigarettes. Everything is extremely overpriced for a THRIFT store.... that receives everything thru donation. The customer service is appalling. They literally treat you like trash and and will give you nothing but attitude if you dare ask for help or assistance. I made the mistake of going back in a second time for something I really wanted to purchase but couldn't bring myself to give them any of my hard earned money after the disrespect I received. Apparently the owner was there each time and really did not give a damn about how her employees treat people. She will say it's between you and the employee and has nothing to do with it.... never thought I would/or ever need to... right a review for a thrift store... let alone a bad one. But this place!

So thrifting is kinda my new thing now. I've always loved thrift stores but I find myself deferring to them more now since I am focused on managing my finances better and have developed an interest in certain "vintage" accessories and clothing. Also, I find flipping through all the clothing on the ocean of racks relaxing after a long challenging week. Am I the only one?? Anywho, I like this store because it it big and usually neat. Overall, I like the selection. Usually I am able to find a few cute things. The staff kinda stays out of your way but they seem like they would be helpful if a customer had an issue. The prices are about average compared to other thrift stores in Nola. I believe they have certain days of the month where they offer additional discounts. They take credit cards and have a parking lot. They don't have a fitting room which is annoying and the reason I can't give 5 stars.

After the hurly-burly of RW&B, this place is an oasis. TIX on the radio, quiet and polite shopping, the folks who run the place always greet you and thank you for your business. Good organization and selection of merchandise.

I really wanted to like this store, but was turned off by the smell as soon as I walked through the door. It reeks of cigarettes, not just at the entrance but, the whole store stinks. The selection was barely okay and I'll be back to look around, just not for a while.

Really awful selection of clothing and overpriced. They also have no dressing rooms and I don't think you can return, only get credit. Donate to a good non profit organization, they sell off there stock to third parties. All around not worth it.

Lots of great finds. The owners/staff are very friendly and they have some of the best prices for thrift stores!
