My niece got her ears pierced the next day her ear was red. She continue to clean it but it got worse now she's in the emergency room because the infection has spread out of control. She will be contacting the manager when she gets out the hospital any one with this same experience please reach out

Had to wait 30-45 mins because store was closed for employee lunch break only to get told they didn’t have any more earrings for my baby . Also the employee had an attitude.

Very dirty and messy location, unlike most other Claire's. Please consider investing in new carpet and also in better customer service
