I have to go to this bank atleast 3 times a week because I have to deposit my jobs deposit and the other days my other managers go, well we all hate going because the lady at the drive threw window is just so horrible with her attitude and is always rude making snotty remarks and my workers and I just feel so uncomfortable here .

Terrible customer service! I had never been to this bank so I did not exactly know what to do or expect. I was going to deposit money into my son's account. I walked in but no one even acknowledged my existence. Five different women could see me, two in little cubicles, one behind a counter, and two walking around, but they treated me like I was the invisible man. I was standing in what appeared to me to be the waiting line. I eventually walked down a hallway to see if someone would help me. An employee eventually acknowledged me in a brusque voice because I was somewhere I was not supposed to be. Eventually I was able to make my transaction. I will not go back and I do not recommend this Chase branch office.

Horrible Customer Service. I wouldn’t even go here and waste my time. had an appointment no one greeted me. Instead they waited until over my appointment time to greet me. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I would recommend any other banks than this one!

In and out and the tellers and staff is friendly. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by all staff unless they are in their with another customer. Thanks Chase for getting me in and out.

The Bank is Very Clean All Employees are Very Nice,Polite,Kind and Respectful.They are All Professional and Knowledgeable about their Jobs.It is Nice to go into an Establishment Where you can Actually Have a Conversation with a Person.Thank You and Keep up the Great Work you all are Doing.✌

I typically have a normal time here as I would at any other bank. My -1 star is because earlier I went to cash my paycheck from work and she told me since it's from a different bank I'll have to get X amount now and come back tomorrow. I just noticed that she DEPOSITED the remainder of my check into my Chase account. Now I have to wait the processing days, which I was trying to avoid, hence CASHING the check, not deposit.

Currently waiting at our 5th Chase Bank to open a child's savings account. Absolutely, the worst banking experience. Customer Service is horrible. Personal Bankers are not available.

I have to post a negative review of this lousy bank.On november 06 I paid off a car loan that I cosigned for my daughter, today is November 27 and I am still waiting for the papers to change the name on the title to her name only.I called several times but could NOT get any answers to solve this problem over the phone forcing me to go to the bank and get answers in person.

I came here today to clarify my mother's account and Tyler was so helpful He really is a very patient personAnd eventhough I needed things explained a second or third time Tyler was so polite reexplaining until I understood It is so nice to experience such good customer service
