CHARGED ME 35 TO SWAP PHONES AND SAID I NEEDED A SIM CARD.THE NEW PHONE CAME WITH A NEW SIM CARD .SAID I NEEDED A DIFFERENT SIM CARD .I ASKED HER FOR A RECEIPT SHE SAID CANT GIVE YOU ONE.FEEL LIKE SHE OVERCHARGED ME.

Associates here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I absolutely would recommend this particular location and Boost Mobile in general to anyone shopping for a new phone plan.
