During my recent visit to Autozone for a diagnostic test, I found myself without assistance as the employees provided me with the machine to operate on my own. Despite my efforts to seek help, I was left to come in and out of the store with no avail. It's worth noting that the employee who was present during this experience was an African American woman with red tipped dreadlocks. She was preoccupied with her purple earbuds and phone conversation, mentioning her reluctance to enter cars. Additionally, she was snacking on sunflower seeds while stationed at the front register. This level of service is unacceptable and disheartening.Will not be buying anything from here ever.
