I have been going to AA for years. The owner (I think) is almost always there and I have seen him at the waffle house across the expressway and he knew who I was. He is quiet and does his job. I have never had a problem in a truck or smaller car. The vacuum area is spacious, plenty of shade and quiet. The vacuums are the best around. I alway go there when I have a tough car to vacuum (great at dog hair and I haave 2) I like they have the pre-wash area for extra dirt or bugs. I recommend this place. My 4 yo grandson loves it!

First time I tried to use the automated car wash that I paid for the month didn't work. So the gentleman that set me up for auto wash told me I didn't give him a good card and I must have canceled it. I told him I didn't. He said well give me your card and I'll fix it. I tried to show him it went through just fine but he said I don't need to see that, just give me your card. I said I don't think so and he said that's what people say when they cancel their credit card. Do what you want but I don't recommend this car wash for anything other than a 1 time car wash because it does a good job of cleaning your car. 6/21/2024 Update: Today they charged my card again. Thankfully I have a good bank and not only got my money back but blocked them from accessing my card. I'm telling you, this guy is unbelievable. Ok this is getting ridiculous. 7/28/2024 He tried to charge my credit card again. I think it's time to speak with law enforcement.

Owner very unprofessional, it wasn't clean half the vacuum machines didn't work.I witnessed the owner cursed a customer. Sorry I will not be doing business with this carwash.

Horrible wash. Tire cleaner just sprinkles out, pre-soak seems to be pure water, spot-free rinse barely comes out and surprise it was not spot-free. Cannot recommend with the higher than local price and malfunctioning equipment.

Was in and out, the attendant there was friendly and helpful. The property is very spacious to clean you vehicle.

Horrible customer service. I was waiting behind a car for the wash while the employee was talking to them. After waiting for 3-4 minutes I was wondering what was going on I saw the employee manually lift the arm for them to enter but the car just stayed there talking. I stuck my head out the window and asked if the machine was working. The employee caught an attitude with me and yelled at me to go somewhere else. Making me wait for no reason then yelling at me when I ask a question, I had been going there once a week for a few years but never again.

So either they dilute their soap solution or just don't maintain it, but I've tried their basic "unlimited" monthly package and every time it's barely any suds. I say "unlimited" because I went to purchase the same plan for another vehicle instead that happened to have an Uber sticker to which the service guy asked me about and angrily said, it's 19 for y'all 'cuz y'all come every day, we're about to make it 29! So needless to say I said no thanks and left. Not genuinely polite AND they cheat you for what you pay them for.

This company keeps charging my credit card months and months after I cancelled my service with them. I physically visited this care wash to cancel my monthly membership and was told that the cancellation was complete. I cancelled my service just before relocating to another state. Now it's been more almost one year later, and they are still charging my credit card $29.95 every month. Check your credit card statements for companies like this who will pray on customers who cancel their memberships, but don't check their bank statements line by line to make sure that the company they trusted is actually trustworthy. All American Care Wash is not trustworthy. "All American Greed!"

All American Car Wash wasn’t so American when I pulled up to the gentleman just standing there. I greeted him and acted so nonchalant about me being there. I presumed to be humble and inquire about how I pay the membership. There wasn’t anything he showed me to make me feel like he wanted my business from the beginning. I always come to the front part and use the paid vacuum as well as the paid self wash, so this time I noticed the signs and wanted to save money by purchasing monthly. The attendant then asked me about ride share, saw a sign in my window and then approached me with different prices. I was boggled to have found out a price change after he initially never wanted to assist me. I asked was there a difference in how many times I go through in the same day. With there being no difference I said I can go back to some other competitor he then responded unprofessionally. It was at that point I expressed myself and used a curse word. Not in any manor towards him but as in the manor of the “company policies”. He then allowed himself to block the machine as if I couldn’t purchase the membership. It feel like with NO business going on there he should’ve been more than happy to get me signed up. Even if he was apologetic about higher fees for my membership. He claimed to be the owner as well. With this being said it was convenient but I won’t be using a.a. Car wash again. As I was taking the pictures, he approached me again then talking about I can purchase the commercial package. I told him it was too late for that you didn’t approach me in that manner to make me understand upfront. Ludacris!Service: Vacuuming
