Yesterday, arrived 15 minutes early, stylist Mame arrived 30 minutes late, English language very broken, can hardly understand her. left shampoo in my hair, soaked my shirt when I told her , trying to get the shampoo out. The other stylist, whom was very professional, had to rewash/rinse my hair. Mame then attempted to dry my hair, however was also unsuccessful in that minor tasks. The professional stylist had to take over to dry my hair correctly, after she kept trying to tell her that my hair was still wet after my attempts to tell her. She could not speak nor understand English. Normally when I get box braids there's 2 stylist performing the tasks, to prevent the long styling time. (7.45 hrs./mins.) Also no box braids done--more free style type. I didn't leave there until 1140pm. Also the price given included the hair, but they had no grey hair, good thing I didn't leave all my hair at home and had some in my vehicle or I would have been there even longer having to leave to get hair. The professional stylist informed the owner of the poor service given but no discount given for poor service or for using my hair upon final payment, which the owner came in to collect. The establishment was very clean and comfortable--only reason for the 1 star. They have the nerve to request 50% down payment, what a nightmare, NEVER AGAIN!!

Ladies are very professional, braids are very good, and parts are all the same size. Brought my granddaughter in and was amazed at the way her hair turned out, because she was moving around so much. This shop is going places.. If you get a chance please visit you won’t be disappointed.

I had an appointment last week and my knotless braids look wonderful. The salon was comfortable and easy to locate. Ashley's attention to detail is incredible. Will definitely be going back.

I have found my braider! Ashley is phenomenal! I took a chance on going to someone based on google reviews and I’m deeply satisfied with her work. Her attention to detail, the quality of work, and the calm salon atmosphere all made my visit incredibly pleasant. There was a “student” braided there today and her work was amazing. It was kinda hard to believe she was still perfecting her craft. I recommend this place to all my amazing black folk. They'll do your hair right and leave you lookin like you about to walk into a Beyonce video. Much love to Dee, the hairstylist that does my hair. She's very kind and warm hearted and gets the job done! I recommend her for sure.

Arrived to my appointment at 5pm that wasscheduled online two weeks before my appointment on September 19, 2022. I got texts messages several times to confirm my appointment and each time I text back confirmed.Arrived to appointment and Ashley was still braiding someone else hair and told to have a sit after waiting 30 minutes I asked Ashley how long would I be waiting and was told for about another two hours. I will never come back here because why have a website with appointment times and take a deposit if you don’t follow your own rules .
