So far my experience with them has been less then stellar. I ordered dual ALT brackets for my S10 back on the 14th of Dec and it's now the 21st with only one email reply about the status of my order. I would hate to have to do a charge back to my CC, but at this point I'm at a loss as to what else to do. Their lack of communication is disturbing to say the least.

I have now ordered a dual ALT bracket from a different vendor and now Southern Customs finally contacted me to tell me my order will go out today or tomorrow. Now I'm going to have to sell one bracket when/if I get them.

I ordered from this shop 3/24/22 emailed them about my order 2 months later because they never pick up the phone told me my order was in paint and would be shipped out (ordered black no special color) emailed them again 6/21/22 for a refund got tired of waiting no response it is now 12/2/22 and still cant get ahold of anyone I've never had an experience like this with any shop

On 10/13/22 I ordered and paid for a dual alternator bracket for a small block chevy motor, I've sent 2 emails and called 3 times having twice left a message and still no response. It has been 2 weeks and the only confirmation I have is that they received payment in full. This expirence has left a very negative first impression.Service: Electrical
