They go above and beyond to accommodate unexpected events, which is something that sets them apart from other moving companies. The team at the freight centers were incredibly friendly, making the overall moving experience enjoyable.One of the best things about Upack is that they are cheaper than other moving companies like Uhaul. You end up saving a lot of space depending on how you pack, and they compensate you for that space. The downside is they, understandably, use the extra space for other business. They saved me around $600, which is a significant amount of money. However, the one issue i did have was with the bulkhead provided. It was old, and there was concern that it wouldn't keep the boxes from shifting around. Despite this, the bulkhead did its job, but it should have been renewed. I'm Overall, Upack is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable moving company that provides top-notch services at an affordable price. They are efficient, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. I'm giving 5 stars because they deserve it.”
