“Yo! I am pleasantly surprised this grocery store is still alive and well. My parents used to own the Subway Sandwiches right next door. I like shopping at Brookshire's because it was always super chill. It's not too far from my mom's house and the people are really nice. I was a weird, nerdy teenager, and I think they always kinda got a kick out of me here. They also never got mad when I read the magazines. Couldn't do that at the Kroger down the street. Boooo! The produce was good, the food was always rotated, and according to my mom and grandma, the deli is bangin'.”
