Worst company I have ever seen. They scheduled for my car to be towed and I waited for 7 hours and they never showed up. I called every hour for updates and they said that "the driver was almost there" I kept waiting because they swore that he was on his way....Tow was cancelled and I tried to reschedule. It was their fault and they wouldn't help me at all. They tried to reschedule for the end of the week...stating that they "had no room sooner on the schedule"...I had an appointment...they should move me to the front of the list...If it was their fault I shouldn't be the one punished. They constantly lied when I called support for updates....just tell us the truth and do not accept pick-up appointments when you can't complete them. STAY AWAY

This isn't really a business that one will be going to for service or purchases. They are a holder of totaled automobiles for various insurance companies. The only reason I know of them was that I, unfortunately, totaled my truck and realized that I had forgotten some things when i cleaned it out and was able to locate it at the yard they maintain off I-20 in Greenwood, LA. Upon arrival I explained the situation and the staff were more than helpful and had my vehicle brought out so that I had the opportunity to go through it one final time and make sure i had removed all my personal belongings prior to hauling it away to the scrap heap. I was very grateful for the help the staff offered in this matter.

My car was taken to this facility and when I went to retrieve my items, there were SEVERAL things missing! My car also seemed to have been cleaned out as nothing was the way that I left it! Horrible place to have your car stored at if waiting on your insurance provider to inspect your car! You will be missing items!!! I would not recommend anyone to use this facility!!!
